Tim Peterson

My name is Tim Peterson and I grew up in Arcadia California in the United States. I have been working as a technical administrator for well over 10 years. I worked for a college managing their entire IT infrastructure, as a technician for a consulting company, and freelanced for projects as they came up. My jobs required that I constantly learn new things or figure out how to fix complicated problems on my own. If I could not read, I would have never been able to learn or figure out the complex solutions. Without literacy, the knowledge would have never been available to me which is why I believe literacy is important to share and receive knowledge.
